MHC multimers have revolutionised  immunological research, as they are the first reagents that identify antigen-specific T-cells in FACS analysis. MHC-multimer technology is increasing recognised as the golden standard for the quantification of specific T-cell immune response.

MHC class multimers have been used in a wide array of experimental and clinical settings to detect T-cells directed against viral, tumour and transplantation antigens. More recently, MHC -multimers have successfully been used for the isolation of antigen-specific cytotoxic T-cells for use in adoptive T-cell therapies.

MHC-028Human CMV/EBV Peptide Pool HLA-A24  §A
MHC-029Human CMV/EBV/FLU Peptide Pool §B

§A This pool contains 8 HLA-A24 restricted T-cell epitopes from human Cytomegalovirus and Epstein-Barr virus. The pool stimulates the release of IFN-gamma from CD8+ T-cells in individuals with the HLA-A24 type. The peptide pool is useful as peptide-specific positive control in ELISAPOT, CTL, and Intracellular Cytokine Assays using human PBMC.

§B This pool contains 23 MHC class I-restricted T cell epitopes from human Cytomegalovirus, Epstein-Barr virus and Influenza virus. This pool stimulates the release of IFN-gamma from CD8+ T-cell certain highly frequent HLA types. The pool is useful as a Peptide-specific positive control in intracellular Cytokine Assays using human PBMC
