1-3 General Conditions:      

• Payment: irrevocable, revolving, divisible LC.      
• Quantity: Spot at 12,500MT min or revolving 12,500MT x 6 months/12 months.
• Seller will provide Proof of Products (POP) through Bank to Buyers to assure the availability of products to sell.  
• In special case, small order such as 100MT, 200MT, 1000MT can be discussed 
• Shipment: 30-45 days after the receipt of LC issued by the Buyer.

05	Seller completes the balance of the details, countersigns, e-mails, and faxes Contract to Buyer	1
06	Buyer review, signs and returns by fax the Signed Contract to be considered as original	1
07	Seller issues four (4) hard copies of the contract to be signed and exchanged by international express couriers to Seller.	3
08	Seller signs, seals Original Contract and return one copy by international express couriers to Buyer.	3
09	Seller provides pro-forma invoice to the Buyer.	1
10	The Buyer´s Bank within 7 (seven) banking days from the date of pro-forma invoice issues to the Seller´s bank pre-advice of LC or non-operative LC.	5
11	Seller´s Bank approves the pre-advice or non-operative LC.	3
12	Seller´s Bank confirms with Buyer´s Bank and confirms that both banks are ready to issue LC and Performance Bond (PB).	3
13	Seller provides the Buyer with POP "Proof of Products" & Seller issues to the Buyer´s bank the non-operative performance bond  (2% of shipment value).	3
14	Within 5 (five) banking days Buyer´s bank issues operative, irrevocable, revolving, divisible LC, which automatically activates the PB.	3
15	Shipment commences within 30-45 days after receipt and acceptance of LC	1
